Medicaid certified home health agency serving the

and surrounding communities since 1995. We are
extending our quality services and programs to the
Private Pay home health sector of our community. We

fully customized to meet the patient’s situation
because HHCN understands that each patient and their
family’s situations are unique. We can arrange the
above services for Short-term care, Extended care,
Hourly care, Around-the-clock care or Supplemental
care to assist families.

All personnel are screened and supervised.
All employees are insured.
All employees are checked for criminal record, are drug
screened and have references checked prior to hire.
All home health aide clients are evaluated by a
registered nurse from onset of care.
Periodic registered nurse site visits are provided at no
charge for home health aide personal care services.
